Comprehensive Pre-Purchase Inspections

A Subject Matter Expert is often used in court to provide the subject matter evidence to assist the court in understanding the evidence.

This is particularly helpful in instances where legal representation is not familiar with the motor vehicle mechanical field.

After we have supplied you with an Expert Report for your case, Paul is able to assist you further as a Subject Matter Expert in court.

Along with mechanical expertise, Paul has 28 years of experience in the court process as a NSW Police Officer, providing evidence and being cross examined.

Paul is able to attend as a Subject Matter Expert in the following courts (in person):

  • NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT)

  • Local Court

  • District Court

  • Coroners Court

Nationwide court attendance if Audio Visual Link (AVL) is permitted by the courts.
